It works as an unmatched-convenience half-day safari for travellers with limited time — landing in Nairobi and going straight into the bush within the hour — or as a final game drive before a flight home. The park’s southern boundary stays open to the Athi-Kapiti plains, allowing some seasonal wildlife movement, though urban expansion has increasingly pressured that corridor in recent years. The adjoining Safari Walk and animal orphanage add an easy, low-effort wildlife stop for those short on time.
