Arrive at Lake Naivasha and board a boat for an exciting safari across the water. As you cruise, your local boat captain will help you spot wildlife along the shoreline. You can expect to see large pods of hippos, African fish eagles, cormorants, kingfishers, pelicans, herons, egrets, and fish jumping from the water.
Disembark at Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a unique wildlife experience. Because there are no large predators on the island, you can safely explore on foot alongside free-roaming animals. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will walk among giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, waterbucks, impalas, and gazelles.
After your walking safari, head to one of Lake Naivasha's beautiful lakeside properties such as Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort, Enashipai Resort, Sawela Lodge, or Fisherman's Camp to enjoy lunch with a view.
If you choose to extend your day trip, you can use this time for optional excursions.
