A short walk through the forest leads to Sheldrick Falls, a cool waterfall pool that makes a popular, refreshing stop on a hot coastal day. Its elevation keeps temperatures a few degrees lower than the beach resorts below, and it makes an easy half- or full-day add-on for visitors based in Diani or Mombasa.
